Freedive with Tigers on the surface
We’re planning this experience around the best seasonal conditions for photographing tiger sharks at the surface. Timing will depend on weather and shark activity, so flexibility is essential. Our goal is to help you capture extraordinary tiger shark photos while prioritizing safety. This experience is designed for qualified guests with the skills and experience needed to participate safely.

Experienced guests, six at a time
Six guests in the water, two safety divers at the surface, two safety divers on scuba, a feeder and TannerUnderwater taking photos. Level 1 freediver certification is recommended. The tigers are worked at the surface in blue water.

Three days to maximize encounters
Conditions change quickly here. Booking three consecutive mornings gives us the best chance of finding the right conditions for epic tiger shark encounters. This trip is designed to be run three days straight to maximize encounters, but you can book individual days if necessary.

You leave with the images
Photos from the whole trip. Every guest gets the full edited stills and clips from all three days. The goal is to get you as many beautful photos as possible with the tiger sharks of Jupiter.

He brings ten years of experience and thousands of shark trips out of Jupiter, along with underwater film work for National Geographic, BBC, and Shark Week. As the owner and operator of Shark Fam, a shark snorkeling tour company in Jupiter, Florida, he’ll photograph your experience while helping oversee guest safety.
Nicky
Expedition lead · Feeder
Nicky, owner and operator of Gung-Ho, will lead efforts to bring tiger sharks to the surface and keep them engaged throughout the experience. His expertise in tiger shark behavior and safety, combined with his experience drawing them up from deeper water and getting them to stay, is crucial to creating extraordinary encounters.

Run offshore
Twenty to forty minutes to the spot. Safety breifing on the way.

Nicky in the water
Nicky will get in with two safety divers on scuba and work to get the tiger sharks up. Once we have them, we will bring poeple into the water and photograph them.

Diving all day
We will take every opportunity to get in and be with the sharks for the rest of the day

Back at the dock
Debrief and end tour.

- Knowledge/experience around sharks - You can always book the normal shark charters to gain experience.
- Comfortable swimming in open ocean is essential
