About The Dive
& What To Bring
No experience necessary. You do not need a diving certification. We will be snorkeling at the surface with sharks. Snorkeling experience will help you, although it is not necessary to do the trip.
We can guide you step-by-step and help you feel safe and comfortable in the water.
We have mask/snorkels, rash guards/wetsuits and fins available for you on the boat. It is best to wear all black around sharks. If you have a long sleeve black top please bring. If you have your own gear, it is always good for you to use gear you are comfortable with.
Mask-snorkel, Fins, and wetsuit/rash-guard is all the gear required for our snorkeling trip.
Time & Location
We will plan to meet at Harbourside Place, Jupiter Florida. Our team will greet you on the lawn area outside Pura Vida, feel free to arrive early and grab a coffee.
Please follow the pin below for the exact meeting location.
You’ll be looking for our 40ft yellow boat named “Trick or Treat”, or a 30ft Contender, depending on the day.

Important Notes
There is a parking garage to the right when you arrive in the area.
You can select your trip time when booking through our online calendar.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and to confirm you’re in the correct location.

Trip Overview
Total duration: ~3 hours
~20-minute boat ride to the dive site
1+ hour in the water with the sharks (once we get sharks at the boat)
~20-minute ride back to shore

Pricing
The price is $250 per person for snorkeling with sharks.
It is $125/person to view from the boat.
Photo packages are $100/person and can be added at check in on the day of your trip. We also do video packages which are $100/person as well.
Private Charters start at $900 for up to 4 people and an additional $200 for each additional person, max of 6 people. It is an additional $300 if you want photos or videos. This covers everybody in the group.
If you do not book a private charter, you will have additional guests on your scheduled day.
If we do NOT get sharks, your trip will be fully refunded. (In 8 years of operation, this has happened fewer than a dozen times.)
Cancellations initiated by TannerUnderwater crew due to weather or other operational reasons will be eligible for either a full refund or a credit to reschedule a future trip.
Cancellations or reschedule requests initiated by guests for personal reasons or preferences are not eligible for a refund if made within 48 hours of the scheduled trip.
Please show up 15 minutes before your scheduled dive time. If you show up 15 minutes after your scheduled dive time you are not entitled to a refund.
Photo and Video Packages
We have world class professional underwater photographers and videographers who want to make your experience count!
Make sure to add the photography package, videography package, or both and our photographers will capture every moment for you with the sharks.
Our photography packages are usually around 100-250 edited photos. We take time individually with each person who gets a photo/video package to get as many shots as possible of you with sharks. Keep in mind every day is different, some days are easier than others, and the quality and number of shots you get largely depends on your experience level in the water.
If you get the video package, we typically roll video every time we see an encounter where the shark is in frame. The whole dive we work to get you as many cool angles as possible!

Refund Policy
Shark Guarantee: If no sharks are seen, your trip will be fully refunded. (In 8 years of operation, this has happened fewer than a dozen times.)
Weather & Crew Cancellations: If the crew cancels a trip due to weather or other circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit to reschedule for a future trip.
Guest Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled trip for personal reasons are non-refundable.
